Happy Holidays S.A. is going to develop in GREECE (Sarti Village- Chalkidiki Area), a luxury integrated resort in the land plot of 70.869 m2. The tourism complex will be consisted of two 5* hotels (boutique hotel, all-suites hotel), yacht shelter, wellness &spa center during 2022-2024 with a total cost of €22M.
Ministry of Tourism will provide all the permits and licenses needed. Therefore, the Company is looking now for Investors to be a part of the project. Upon completion in 2024, the project will be expanded to a final amount of €60M. The tourism complex is already a part of Enterprise Greece S.A &and EU portfolio.
Radisson Group has been selected to ensure smooth operation of the project and international position. According to InvestEU legislation, the project is eligible to be funded (loans) from the local bank and EU Recovery &Resilience Fund. The loans will be given for 15 years, 3 years grace period and low rates.
Integrated Upscale Resort Our main effort shall be to create an Integrated Tourist Complex characterized both by the quality of the facilities and infrastructure and high standard services.
Residences Complex The holiday homes contribute to enriches the tourist product, increases its duration of operation (12-month) and provides increased liquidity in the company.
Marina & Sea Tourism It will promote marine tourism and water sports, explorations in the seabed of the area and of course comprehensive hospitality for vessels and crews.
Environmentally Friendly Project Friendly environmental policy, both in construction and operation. Certification of investment as environmentally friendly is a strong branding creation.
Alternative Tourism Alternative forms of tourism could be successfully developed such as wellness, medical, adventure, silver, sea sports, gastronomy and eco-tourism.

Mr. George Iosifidis is the Happy Holidays S.A. Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, responsible for leading the Company’s overall strategy across its business lines. Mr. George Iosifidis has served as Chief Financial Officer in the Greek Army (Colonel) for more than 28 years. Mr. George Iosifidis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Master’s degree in Strategic Analysis. He speaks Greek, English and German.
Mr. Stefanos Iosifidis is the Happy Holidays S.A Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading the Company’s overall strategy across its operational lines. Mr. Stefanos Iosifidis has served in several 5 star hotels in Greece and Cyprus. Mr. Stefanos Iosifidis holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management from the Les Roches School Switzerland and Business Administration in Food & Beverage from the same school. He speaks Greek and English.
Mr. Nikos Zafiriou is the Happy Holidays S.A. Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading the Company’s overall strategy across the financial lies. Mr. Nikos Zafiriou has served in several companies in Greece as head accountant. Mr. Nikos Zafiriou holds Bachelor’s degree of Economics from the University of Macedonia, Master’s degree of International Economic Relations and Business Accounting from the same University. He speaks Greek and English.
Mr. Antonis Sarapchanas is the Happy Holidays S.A Food & Beverage Manager, responsible for leading the Company’s overall strategy across its F&B lines. Mr. Antonis Sarapchanas has served as F&B expert in several trade, tourism and food chains companies in Greece and Cyprus. Mr. Antonis Sarapchanas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Business Administration from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He speaks Greek and English.
