The luxury 5* hotel will consist of 31 Rooms (2beds), 13 Rooms (3beds) and 8 Suites (4beds) with additional facilities like spa & wellness center, out & indoor swimming pools, gym & sports, F&B outlets and conference center targeting mainly luxury segment. The project will be developed in a land plot of 12,763m2 and the total coverage (buildings) will be 2,550 m2. As the first 5* ultra luxury complex in the area, it is expected to be a real magnet for the possible guests. It will be constructed during the period 2022-2023.

The project will be constructed and operated in front of the coast line and will be targeting ultra luxury segment. The project will be developed in the land plot of 27,416m2 and the total coverage (buildings) will be 5,100m2. It will be constructed during the period 2022-2023.
The luxury 5* hotel will consist of 50 luxury apartments with 65m2 size. Plans also include a bar, restaurant, coffee shop, super market, gym and shops targeting mainly Family & luxury segment. This project is located on the top of the golf of ‘’Achlada Bay’’ and therefore with unlimited view to Aegean Sea. The project will be developed in the land plot of 23.440m2 and the total coverage (buildings) will be 4.650m2. It will be constructed during the period 2023-2024.
The luxury 5* hotel will consist of 50 freehold exclusive serviced villas with 140m2 size. The project will also have full access to all facilities and infrastructure of the Porto Sarti Resort. The target group of the Villas will be Germans, British, Russians, Turkish and Chinese, extending thus the period to 12 months. The project will be developed in the private land plot of 45.281m2 and the total coverage (buildings) will be 9.000m2. It will be constructed during the period 2023-2024.
The Yacht Shelter will consist of 20 berths for medium-sized yachts and will be promoting the promising sector of Cruising Tourism. The services needed of the yacht owners will be provided by All-Suites Hotel.
